TIL THE DAY HE DIED.JAY HAD ONE SISTER AND FOUR BROTHERS AND ALSO HAD A SON CALLED LUKE WHO IS THE
SPITTIN IMAGE OF HIM.HE WAS A HANDSOME BUGGER IN HIS OWN WAY NEVER SHORT OF GIRLFRIENDS.HE HAD MANY
FRIENDS ONE OF WHOM IS MYSELF AND THAT IS WHY IM CREATING THIS MEMORIAL FOR HIM.HE WAS SICK FOR A
WHILE THEN GOT BETTER WE ALL THOUGHT HE WAS DOIN WELL.HE WAS TAKEN INTO HOSPITAL THE FIRST TIME HE
COLLAPSED ,HE WAS IN FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS BUT RECOVERED.UNFORTUNEATELY HE COLLAPSED AGAIN A FEW
WEEKS LATER AND WENT STRAIGHT INTO INTENSIVE CARE BUT A WEEK LATER JAY WAS TAKEN FROM US.ALL HIS
ORGANS GAVE UP ON HIM.HE GOT A GREAT SEND OFF A TRUE MAN U SUPPORTER TO THE END.TAKE IT EASY JAY WE
